Chiara Giulia Laudani has extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Brand Value Chain at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Chiara Giulia oversees the value chain for a diverse portfolio of brands in the makeup category. Prior to joining Estée Lauder, Chiara worked at Procter & Gamble in various roles within the beauty care and home care divisions. Chiara Giulia holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and is currently pursuing a degree in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Chiara Giulia has degrees in Business Economics and specialized in Biochemical Engineering.
