Christina Vargas-Kornfeld

Christina Vargas-Kornfeld, M.A., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational program management. Currently serving as Executive Director of Leadership Initiatives at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since June 2014, Christina designs and facilitates experiential learning to support women's advancement and gender equity. Previously, Christina oversaw global management rotation programs in the Office of the CEO and served in various leadership roles at Bumble and bumble, Coach, and Credit Suisse, where duties included program oversight and educational development. Christina holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University.
