Courtney Jent

Courtney Jent is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management within the beauty and cosmetics industry. Courtney has held significant positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Executive Director of Global Category Makeup Packaging Procurement and Director of Global Category Procurement, beginning in March 2017. Prior to this, Courtney served as Sr. Manager of Global Procurement at Revlon and held various roles, including Procurement Manager and Package Engineer at Coty. Courtney's early career includes leadership roles as VP of Supply Chain at Rise Global Products and various managerial positions at Medicia. Educationally, Courtney holds a degree in Political Science and Business Studies from Providence College, completed in 2009.
