Deborah Aruta

Deborah Aruta is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the beauty and fashion industries. Currently serving as Director of Global Design at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since November 2022, Deborah also founded and serves as the Creative Director of tenth + buttercup while maintaining a freelance role as Creative Director and Packaging Designer through Deb Aruta Design. Previous roles include Design Consultant for AERIN Beauty, Design Director for Bath and Body Works, and Creative Director for Coty Prestige, overseeing notable fragrance lines. Educational credentials include two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees in Advertising Design and Jewelry Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
