Elaine Smith

Elaine Smith is an experienced professional in digital technology and product management, currently serving as the Director of Digital Technology & Experience for the UK and Ireland at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since December 2022. Previously, Elaine held the position of Head of Digital Product at The Dune Group from January 2019 to December 2022. With a robust background at House of Fraser from August 2010 to January 2019, Elaine advanced through various roles including Head of Customer Initiatives & Strategy, Head of Digital Product Management, and Programme Manager. Prior experience at John Lewis spans from 2000 to 2010, where Elaine progressed from an Administration Assistant to various project and product management roles. Elaine's career began as a Stock Controller at The Bay Trading Co. Elaine's educational foundation was established at Watford Girls Grammar School from 1992 to 1999.
