Eric Higgins serves as Vice President of Global Online Data Science at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since March 2021. Previously, at PepsiCo, Eric held the positions of VP of Data Science & Analytics and Director of eCommerce Analytics, where responsibilities included developing eCommerce analytics strategies and leading teams on in-house solutions. Eric's career also includes a role as Director of Marketplace Pricing and Analytics at Amazon, focusing on pricing strategies and analytical tool development, as well as experience as Sr. Manager for Special Operations there. Earlier, as Strategy & Innovation Manager at CTC Global, Eric evaluated clean-technology innovations and developed monetization roadmaps. Eric holds an MBA in Business Administration and Theoretical & Mathematical Physics from UC Irvine and a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Astronomy, and Oceanography from the University of Washington.
