Federica Gelsi

Federica Gelsi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in architecture and visual merchandising, particularly within the luxury retail sector. Currently serving as the MAC Store Design & Visual Merchandising Director for EMEA at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since March 2016, Federica is responsible for the successful rollout of new boutiques, advising European affiliates on store design strategies, and managing project budgets. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at LVMH Fragrance Brands as an Architect for the Middle East and Indian Subcontinent, where responsibilities included concept design and project management for Givenchy brand stores. Federica's diverse experience also includes working with luxury retail projects in various architectural firms and a background in international project management with CISV International. Federica holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Università degli Studi di Ferrara and has participated in an exchange program at Ecole nationale supérieure d'Architecture de Montpellier.
