Francesca Damato

Francesca Damato is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Marketing for Origins at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since September 2018, Francesca has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Global Product Marketing and Development for Origins. Prior to this, Francesca was Vice President of Global Consumer & Product Marketing at Bumble and bumble and Executive Director of Global Marketing at Tom Ford Beauty. Francesca's career at Estee Lauder spans several roles from 2010 to 2015, where responsibilities included Executive Director positions for AERIN Beauty and Aramis and Designer Fragrances, Coach, along with a prior tenure at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2002 to 2010 as Executive Director of Global Marketing for BeautyBank. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business.
