Frank Maassen holds the position of Vice President Global Supply Chain - Travel Retail Worldwide at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since January 2022, also serving as Vice President, Global Supply Chain Planning COE. Prior to this, Frank worked at Philips from February 2010 to November 2021, where roles included Supply Chain Planning & S&OP lead for Personal Health in North America, Head of Operations Personal Health in Indonesia, Senior Global Supply Chain Manager for the Lifestyle Entertainment business group, Global S&OP Manager for Home Communication & Control, and Manager Demand Planning for Accessories. Frank’s experience encompasses forecasting, supply chain planning, and operations across multiple regions, successfully implementing strategies and standard processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. Frank holds a degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2004 and 2008.
