Ilana Vorster

Ilana Vorster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operations. Currently serving as Executive Director of Strategy and Operations at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since August 2016, Ilana has previously held significant roles including Director of Client Services and Solutions at The Terrace Initiative PTY LTD and Manager of Organisational Change and Operational Effectiveness at Rio Tinto. Prior to these positions, Ilana worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Deloitte Australia.
