Jarod Taylor

Jarod Taylor is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital engineering and UI/UX development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering for Core Commerce Capabilities at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since August 2022, Jarod previously held the position of Director of Digital Engineering at JCPenney, where responsibilities included overseeing the digital transformation and enhancing e-commerce experiences. With a solid background in leading cross-functional teams and managing substantial budgets, Jarod has contributed to significant improvements in user experience and productivity across various organizations, including Aetna, TelaDoc, The Dallas Morning News, and JCPenney. Jarod holds a Master Certification in Digital Multimedia & Web Design from CCI at Johns Hopkins University.
