Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller is an experienced professional in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as Vice President of Research and Development at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where responsibilities include leading makeup innovation initiatives. Prior to this role, Jeff held multiple senior director positions at Coty, overseeing global product development and innovation in the Face Category and leading the COVERGIRL brand franchise. Jeff's career began at Procter & Gamble, where significant contributions were made in hair care and color product development, as well as consumer insights.
