Kasika Theppitak

Kasika Theppitak currently serves as the Assistant Education Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since June 2025, focusing on empowering Beauty Advisors through localized education and effective brand storytelling. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Commercial Education Manager at Coty, where Kasika developed training programs, and Sales, Event and Education Specialist at Tarte Cosmetics, managing sales and training for the Thai market. Other notable positions include Retail & Training Project Executive at Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, where digital training was provided to beauty advisors, and Senior Beauty Advisor at Sephora, achieving high customer service scores and exceeding sales targets. Kasika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Thai Language and Literature from Mahidol University, completed in 2016.
