Lilyan Guastella

Lilyan Guastella is an experienced professional in the cosmetics and skincare industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager for Value Chain Technical Readiness at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since July 2019. Previously, Lilyan held various engineering positions focused on skin care process development and commercialization. At ACT Solutions Corp, significant achievements included resolving formulation issues and leading the scale-up of an OTC sunscreen. Earlier experience also includes a formulation scientist role, process engineering internships at both Aveda and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and a research internship at the Center for Composite Materials. Lilyan holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph's University New York and an Honors Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
