Liz Li

Liz Li currently serves as an EC Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Liz held the position of Head of Ecommerce at 百胜中国 from September 2022 to August 2023, managing the online business for Lavazza across multiple platforms. Earlier experience includes roles at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics as an Ecommerce Manager and Ecommerce Performance Assistant Project Manager, as well as a Senior Digital Analyst, where Liz was involved in digital business intelligence and analytics. Liz also worked as a Digital Analyst at LVMH from June 2016 to 2018, focusing on ecommerce analytics in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to these roles, Liz gained experience as a Marketing Trainee at L'Oréal and as a Regional Marketing Intern at Henkel. Liz holds a Master's degree in Luxury Marketing Management from EDHEC Business School, obtained in 2016.
