Liza Volkova is an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in delivering large-scale web applications across various industries, including technology and beauty. Since August 2019, Liza has been with The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where responsibilities include mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal project delivery. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Lead at Valtech, where Liza led teams in developing B2B applications, and as Content Technology Architect at Avon, focusing on B2B social applications and content management systems for a global market. Earlier roles involved web design and development for the Daryl Roth Theatre and The SCE Group, along with freelance web design work.
