Luis Carselle

Luis Carselle has extensive experience in technology leadership within major organizations. Most recently, at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Luis served as Executive Director and Regional CIO/CTO, overseeing technology strategy and execution across North America and Latin America to drive business growth. Previous roles included Executive Director of Regional Technology for Latin America and CIO positions at ONEST LOGISTICS and RadioShack México, where focus was on core systems and strategic project implementation. Additionally, Luis contributed to the CIONet América Latina advisory council and held a strategic position on the ISACA Board of Directors. Luis holds a Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
