Marius Stuparu

Marius Stuparu is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading development teams and managing large-scale applications. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Software Engineering at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Marius oversees a team of 15 engineers working on a cloud-based microservices application for R&D departments across all Estee Lauder brands. Previous roles include Technical Lead Developer at Bertrandt Group, where Marius directed a multinational team on BMW’s multimedia dashboard and SDK, and Senior Front-end Developer at Cegeka, contributing to the development of a web shop for Orange Romania. Marius has also held leadership positions at Deutsche Bank and SII Romania, focusing on frontend development for banking and smart home applications, respectively. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Management of Production Systems and a Master’s degree in Computer Assisted Engineering, both from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
