Maureen Fitzgerald Westerman

Maureen Fitzgerald Westerman currently serves as the VP, Global Talent Lead for Global Functions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since August 2018. Prior to this role, Maureen worked as an Executive Search and Recruiting Consultant from 2015 to August 2018. Maureen held the position of Partner and National Retail Search Lead at JobPlex, a DHR International company, from 2013 to 2015 and was a Partner at The Waterman Group between 2010 and 2013. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Recruiting at Dow Jones from 2008 to 2010 and Director of Executive Search at Gap Inc. from 1999 to 2007. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware.
