Michael Williamson

Michael Williamson serves as the Executive Director - Functional CIO and Intelligent Automation Leader at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since April 2018, overseeing technology management for Global Shared Services and Legal functions with a focus on transformation and automation. Previously, at Procter & Gamble from March 2011 to April 2018, Michael held various roles including Global IT Asset Manager, Program Manager - IT Governance, and Product/Service Manager - Video Collaboration, effectively managing IT assets and leading significant transformation projects. Michael holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Walden University and an MBA in Information Management from Capella University.
