Min Chae

Min Chae is an accomplished IT and HR professional with extensive experience in data, reporting, and analytics. Since June 2018, Min Chae has held the role of Director of HR IT, Data, Reporting & Analytics at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. while also serving as the Director of IT for Dr.Jart+ North America. Prior to this, from September 2005 to June 2018, Min Chae worked at Samsung as a Senior IT Operations Manager. Min Chae holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
