Peter Carlson possesses extensive experience in quality control and microbiology within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Director of Quality Control Laboratories at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since August 2007. Responsibilities include managing microbiology and analytical chemistry labs, developing strategies to enhance KPIs, and ensuring accurate results are delivered to stakeholders. Previous roles at the same company include Site Data Integrity Manager and Senior QA Microbiologist, focusing on data integrity compliance and investigative microbiology, respectively. Additionally, Peter serves as the Worship Pastor at Hiawatha Church, planning and leading musical worship gatherings. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
