Rachael Sherman

Rachael Sherman serves as Executive Director of Global Sustainability at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since April 2021, bringing a robust background in sustainability initiatives from previous roles including Director of Global Sustainability at McDonald's and involvement in various sustainability programs at organizations such as the American Council On Renewable Energy and the World Wildlife Fund. Rachael has cultivated expertise in sustainable procurement and green office programs, having held managerial positions that focus on customer relations and sales within sustainability contexts. Rachael's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Affairs with a focus on China Energy and Environment, an MBA in Environmental Management and Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Area Studies from The University of British Columbia, complemented by international study experience at Peking University.
