Rebecca Lucas

Rebecca Lucas is an experienced professional in supply chain management and planning, with a career spanning over 17 years at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Rebecca currently serves as the Director of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment, where relationships with key retailers and stakeholders are cultivated to optimize supply chain processes. Previous roles include leadership positions in commercial region supply management, strategic global capacity planning, and third-party/new product planning, among others. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University, and a Graduate Certificate in Life Coaching from Rider University.
