Ryan J. Piela

Ryan J. Piela is an accomplished executive and investor with extensive experience in corporate innovation and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Executive Director at New Incubation Ventures and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Ryan also holds positions as an Investor at Vyrao, Board Observer at Haeckels, and Chief Innovation Officer at Latent Knowledge. Additionally, Ryan has contributed as a Mentor at WEVE Acceleration, Entrepreneur In Residence at Starta Ventures, and Associate Director of Corporate Innovation at XRC Labs.
