Ryan McGrady

Ryan McGrady is an experienced procurement and operations professional with a strong background in the beauty industry. Currently serving as Executive Director of Global Category Procurement for both Packaging and Third Party Manufacturing at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since December 2013, Ryan has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Director positions in Global Brand Procurement for Bobbi Brown and Resource and New Launch Planning. Prior experience includes various operational roles at Limited Brands from March 2007 to December 2013, and earlier positions at Eagle Global Logistics and Limited Brands. Ryan holds a BA in Operations Management & Purchasing from Miami University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
