Scott T. is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since July 2017, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance for Global Online. Previous positions at Estée Lauder include Vice President of Finance and Strategy for both Bobbi Brown and La Mer, as well as Global Pricing and Marketing Investment CoE. Prior to joining Estée Lauder, Scott T. spent 15 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as Managing Director and Partner, contributing to the Consumer Practice with clients in sectors such as CPG, grocery, apparel retail, beauty, luxury, and travel. A notable secondment role as Project Manager at NEHTA involved leading the strategic direction and business case development for the founding of the organization.
