Prior to Estée Lauder, Tanya held several leadership roles at Altria Client Services Inc. and Philip Morris Management Corp., specializing in HR services, organizational development, and staffing. Tanya's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organization Management & HR Development from Manhattanville University.
