Troy Beason

Troy Beason serves as the Executive Director of Global Procurement Strategic, Capability & Transformation at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., a position held since January 2025, where responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, enhancing capabilities, and guiding transformation initiatives aligned with sustainability commitments. Prior to this role, Troy was the Senior Director of Supplier Management Process Excellence and 3rd Party Risk at Mondelēz International and held a Director position focused on Process Excellence and Compliance and Risk at Merck, where stewardship of Procurement processes and strategic improvement projects were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes leadership roles in IT sourcing at Bristol-Myers Squibb and overseeing global network operations at Bausch & Lomb. Troy holds an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BS in Applied Economics & Business Management from Cornell University.
