Victoria Katsarou

Victoria Katsarou is an accomplished eCommerce executive with extensive experience in leading teams and driving strategic growth in online retail. Currently serving as Vice President of eCommerce for M.A.C North America at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Victoria successfully led a team of 12 and reversed DTC sales trends from -25% to +4%. Prior to this role, Victoria held the position of Vice President of eCommerce at quip, where a focus on a performance-driven culture and CRM strategy was implemented to enhance revenue growth. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Casper, Cole Haan, and Walmart eCommerce, where management of eCommerce categories and teams played a pivotal role in business success. Victoria holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Yale University.
