Mahesh Agarwal, a honours graduate in Commerce, Law and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has been with the Estel Group since January 2000 and currently heading key function of Corporate Finance, Legal and M & A of Estel Group. In the past he has worked with multi division & multi location Conglomerate gaining experience in the field of Finance, Treasury, Taxation, Accounts, Legal and Company Secretarial. He applies contemporary management skills with entrepreneur approach to manage his key areas within overall business objectives of the Group.
