Alli Theisen

Alli Theisen is an experienced Project Manager and Project Engineer at Estes Construction since May 2021. Prior to this role, Alli worked at Post Consumer Brands from June 2019 to April 2021 in various positions, including Operations Supervisor, Continuous Improvement Engineer, and Customer Solutions Representative. Key responsibilities included managing day-to-day manufacturing operations, implementing a digital production system, and executing order fulfillment processes. Alli's earlier experiences include working as a Freshman Peer Mentor at Iowa State University, an Engineering Intern at HNI Corporation, a Supply Chain Management Intern at John Deere, and a Peer Mentor in the College of Engineering's Human Resources. Alli holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Iowa State University, completed in 2019.
