Tristan Thies

Tristan Thies is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as a Project Engineer at Estes Construction since May 2021. Previously, Tristan held the position of Project Manager at Werner Restoration Services Inc from May 2020 to February 2021 and gained experience as a Field Engineer at J.F. Edwards Construction Company during the summer of 2019. Early career foundations were established as a Construction Laborer at Hazelwood Homes from May 2014 to December 2015. Tristan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction and Facilities Management from Western Illinois University, attained between 2017 and 2019, and an Associate of Arts degree from Black Hawk College, completed from 2014 to 2016.
