Elias Winburne has extensive experience in IT leadership and technical support, currently serving as a People Advocate and IT Technical Lead at Estes Express Lines since May 2019. Elias earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Computer Science from Baylor University between 1981 and 1985.
