Monique Johnson is a seasoned recruitment and staffing professional with diverse experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Regional Recruiter at Estes Express Lines, responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to source and present qualified candidates, managing candidate flow through ATS, and adhering to compliance guidelines. Prior roles include Staffing Specialist and Staffing Coordinator at Lingo Staffing, Inc., overseeing staffing operations and candidate screening processes.
