Kaylee Estes

Kaylee Estes is the Founder and CEO of Estes Group, LLC., which focuses on talent strategy for startups, enhancing early hires and developing customized recruiting frameworks. Since July 2024, Kaylee has been a Founding Member of the Atlanta Community for Talent Collective, a group dedicated to empowering women in talent acquisition. Previously, Kaylee served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Greenlight, where responsibilities included building a recruiting framework and leading the Talent Acquisition team. Prior roles also include Senior Manager and Senior Recruiter at Gather, managing a recruiting team during periods of significant growth, and Recruiting Manager at Prestige Staffing, where Kaylee developed full-cycle technical recruiting capabilities. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies from Auburn University.
