Pat Samples MS, RN, CENP, ACHE is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in nursing and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer at Estes Park Health since May 2020 and as Executive Leader/Coach/Owner at Integrity Healthcare Partners, LLC, Pat has demonstrated expertise in operational planning, service line development, and quality improvement. Prior roles include Vice President of Clinical Operations and Strategy at Innovative Connections, Inc., and Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Banner Health, where significant initiatives included the successful commissioning of an $86M acute care hospital and improving nursing turnover rates. Pat holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing: Leadership in Health Care Systems from Regis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado.
