Bill McCord has a diverse education history that spans several industries. In 1983 to 1989, they served in the Army Reserves as an e5 81 MM Gunner. In 1984 to 1986, they attended the University of Hawaii - Windward but did not obtain a degree or field of study.
In 1992 to 1993, Bill McCord pursued an education in General Electronics Repair at Thompson Consumer Electronics and obtained a certification in Certified Electronics Repair. Moving forward, in 2002, they completed the M.A.N.D.E.V. Sales Training Course, becoming a Certified Sales Professional.
Between 2003 and 2008, they obtained multiple certifications in various fields. Bill pursued a degree in Microsoft Enterprise Sales Engineering at Microsoft Corporation and became a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Sales Engineer. In addition, they attended Sumiko Audio Group in 2003 and became an Audio Engineer, specializing in the Golden Ear - Art of Acoustic Coupling and Imaging.
Bill McCord further expanded their expertise in the sales industry by attending Sprint Communication Corporation from 2005 to 2008, becoming a Sprint Certified Sales Engineer. During the same period, they attended Novel Networks and became a Certified Novel Sales Engineer. Bill also obtained the Symantec Certified Sales Expert certification from Symantec Corporation in 2007 to 2008.
Moving on to their most recent educational achievements, Bill McCord completed ConnectWise University from 2010 to 2015 and obtained a degree in ConnectWise Administrator. Bill also became a ConnectWise Certified Professional Administrator. Additionally, they obtained the Certified LabTech Administrator certification from LabTech Software in 2013.
Bill McCord has continued to pursue additional certifications as well. Recently, in September 2021, they obtained certifications in Network Administration and System Administration from TestDome.
