Olga Bascompta Orriols possesses extensive experience in quality governance and strategy within the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as Quality Governance and Strategy Manager at ESTEVE since May 2005. Olga has held multiple titles at ESTEVE, including EQ Quality Control Manager for the Celrà and Banyeres del Penedès sites and EQ In Process Control Lab Manager. Prior to ESTEVE, Olga worked at HIPRA as Responsable de matèries primeres a CQ and at Medichem as Tècnica d'assegurament de qualitat i Regulatory Affairs. An academic background includes a degree in Llicenciada Química Analítica from Institut Químic de Sarrià and an Enginyer Químic degree from Universitat Ramon Llull.
