Technical Lead - Digital Marketing at Estio Training

Andy Lyth has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Andy started their career as an ICT Technician at St Aelred's Catholic Technology College, where they managed the college website. Andy then worked as a Drum Teacher at Kirkham Music School before joining the University of Central Lancashire as a Digital Marketing Assistant, where they were responsible for website optimization. Andy also freelanced as a Web Designer through their company, Andy Lyth Creative Services.

Andy then transitioned to working at Preston College as a Technician in Music and Art, where they supported the art department and trained and assessed Graphic Design and Theatre apprentices. After their time at Preston College, Andy joined Salford City College as a Trainer/Assessor in Creative and Digital Media, where they introduced new frameworks and worked closely with the college's marketing department to increase learner numbers.

Andy then worked at 3aaa Apprenticeships as a Digital Marketing Learning Mentor, mentoring apprentices and delivering training and support. Andy later joined Geason Training - A Speedy Business as a Digital Marketing Trainer. Currently, they hold the role of Technical Trainer and Technical Lead - Digital Marketing at Estio Training.
