Karim Riad Morcos, Ph.D., PMP, is an accomplished technical manager with extensive experience in architectural engineering and project management. Currently serving at Elegancia Group since August 2022, Karim oversees the Korean Medical Center project, a substantial 145 million QAR undertaking. Previously, Karim held the position of technical manager at UCC Holding, managing the Qatar Petroleum District project valued at 644 million QAR. With a background in architectural coordination and project architecture from roles at Midmac Contracting and various other companies, including Consolidated Contractors International Company and Samsung Samcrete, Karim possesses a strong foundation in design and project execution. Karim holds a Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering from Assiut University, complemented by a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Architecture, providing a solid academic framework for a successful career in the construction and architectural sectors.
