Evelyn Kaasik

Evelyn Kaasik has over 25 years of experience in social policy and management, currently serving as Project Director at the Estonian Social Insurance Board since March 2014, focusing on the Local Municipalities Advisory Unit. Prior to this role, Evelyn held multiple positions at the Ministry of Social Affairs, including Counselor, Head of International Benefits Department, and Head of Social Security Policy and Coordination from February 2005 to November 2013. Earlier experiences include serving as an Adviser in the Social Security Department and as a Senior Subject Matter Expert at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications for Estonia from December 1998 to June 2004. Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Akadeemia Nord, along with a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
