Michal Chadala has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

In 2004, they began their career as a Deputy Store Manager at Esprit, where they served until 2007. Michal then joined Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf as a Department Manager from 2007 to 2008.

Following this, from 2008 to 2010, Michal worked as a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive at Zetha Ltd. Michal then joined Haymarket Media Group as a Sales Executive from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Michal transitioned to GetResponse, where they held two roles. Firstly, they served as the Head of EMEA Business Development from 2012 to 2014. After that, they became an Enterprise Sales Manager until 2018.

During their time at GetResponse, Michal became the Director of Sales at Argo Card Sp. z o.o. from 2018 to 2020. Michal'sresponsibilities shifted again in 2020, when they joined Sii Poland as a Business Development Manager, specializing in e-commerce. Michal'swork at Sii Poland lasted until 2021.

Michal Chadala's current position is as an Enterprise Business Development Manager at eStoreMedia, where they began working in November 2021.

Michal Chadala completed an Executive Course in Sales Management from Gdańsk University of Technology in the academic year 2014-2015. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu im. Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego w Gdańsku. Additionally, they have earned the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2020 and the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from TEFL Express in February 2012.
