Previously, Humberto held the position of General Manager in Retail Stores from June 2007 to November 2017 and worked as a Professor at the University of Pinar del Río from April 2003 to July 2005. Humberto's education includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from GOLD COAST (2018), a Master's degree in Economics from Instituto de Economia de Azerbaijan (1985), and a Bachelor's degree in Russian Language from Universidad de Matanzas (1981), complemented by a High School diploma from Vocacional Federico Engels Pinar del Rio (1980).
