Carlos Silva, ATD, PMP

Carlos Silva has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to infrastructure engineering, program management, and project leadership. Currently, they serve as an Infrastructure Engineer and Program Manager at eStruxture Data Centers, where they oversee capacity management and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize the company's infrastructure.

Prior to this, Carlos worked as a National Program Manager at eStruxture Data Centers, focusing on project management and utilizing a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. Carlos also served as a Data Center Infrastructure Manager at the same company.

Carlos has also held positions at Phoenix Rebar Consultants Ltd, where they worked as an Office Coordinator and played a crucial role in project planning and management. Carlos developed a work breakdown structure (WBS) and ensured the timely completion of projects.

Furthermore, Carlos worked as a Senior Project Manager at green4T, where they successfully managed the construction of a large data center while meeting schedule and budget requirements. Carlos also coordinated progress reports and ensured quality deliverables.

Before that, Carlos founded and served as the Managing Partner of Missão Crítica - Engenharia para TI, a consultancy firm specializing in data center planning, design, and construction. Carlos was responsible for creating the business structure, handling sales and marketing, and ensuring profitability and quality work.

Carlos's experience also includes roles at Aceco TI, where they served as a National Superintendent, Delivery Brazil/Latam Manager, and Delivery Regional Manager. In these positions, they recruited and developed engineering teams, managed projects in various locations, ensured high-quality work, and optimized costs and deadlines.

Earlier in their career, Carlos worked as a Project Leader at Siemens Vai Ingdesi, where they led a team in designing and delivering complex metal and steel plants. Carlos also coordinated site teams and achieved significant cost and time savings through efficient cable connections.

Carlos began their career as a Project Engineer at Cobrapi, where they gained valuable experience in project execution.

Throughout their career, Carlos Silva has demonstrated strong project management, leadership, and technical skills, and has consistently delivered successful outcomes.

Carlos Silva completed their education from 1999 to 2004 at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy Systems. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including a Master in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) obtained from INEMP - Instituto de Neurolinguística Empresarial in October 2018. Carlos also earned the ATD - Accredited Tier Designer certification from Uptime Institute in April 2014 and the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2010.
