Tanya Fernandes

Tanya Fernandes has over 20 years of experience in customer experience, operations, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at eStruxture Data Centers since 2020, Tanya previously held the position of Operations Project Manager at The National Fix from 2016 to December 2019. Before that, Tanya worked at TELUS for over seven years, taking on roles such as Directeur for the Gestions des Comptes-VIP Program and Special Projects-Business Solutions, as well as serving as an SMB Loyalty & Retention Specialist. Tanya's career began at Fresh Vibes Productions, where contributions were made as the Marketing and Operations Manager from 2000 to 2003.
