Medical Operation Manager at Estshara

Mohamed Arafa has worked in a variety of roles for several companies since 2008. Mohamed started as a Call Center Specialist for Raya CX, then moved on to become a Quality Assurance Specialist for Medical Projects. In 2012, they became an Emergency Medicine Resident at Osama Alghannam specialized medical center, then assumed the same role at Al Safwa Hospital in 2015. In 2016, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Criticare Critical Unit in October Clinic specialized center. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Seha healthcare as Medical Director of City Clinic Egypt (10 branches) and Medical Director Al Gazeera Hospital, as well as OPD Manager, Emergency Manager, Duty Manager, and Emergency Medicine Resident. Mohamed also worked as Deputy Medical Director and Medical Doctor at Gamka Program Al Jazeera clinics during this time. Finally, they are currently working as Medical Operation Manager for estshara and Inpatient Manager for Andalusia Group for Medical Services.

Mohamed Arafa has a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Cairo University, which they obtained in 2015. Mohamed also holds certifications from the American Heart Association, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from 2015, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute from 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, which they expect to complete in 2022.
