Kelly Barnett

Kelly Barnett (Shumbera) serves as the Director of Interior Design at Estudio Architecture since March 2020, following a progression from Interior Designer at PDR - Design, Architecture and Consulting and a prior role at Estudio Architecture where Kelly contributed as an Interior Designer for nearly eight years. Beginning with an internship at Bennett Design Group, Kelly developed essential communication skills and was actively involved in project organization. Kelly's journey into interior design commenced after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Houston, complemented by earlier studies at Lone Star College. Prior work experience also included a role as a waitress at Willies Grill and Icehouse, which imparted valuable lessons in patience and perseverance.
