Daniela Defilippi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Daniela began their career as an Assistant Commercial at Pacífico Seguros, where they handled policy processing, coordination with brokers, and report preparation. Daniela then served as an Office Manager at Woodbury Ski Area before joining Yamaha Motor del Peru as a Marketing Practitioner, where they were responsible for campaign implementation, visual merchandising, web page updating, and organizing national events.

Daniela's career in marketing started at Prima AFP, where they initially worked as a Marketing Analyst and later as a Senior Marketing Analyst. Daniela played a key role in brand positioning and corporate identification, developed value propositions by segment, and executed communication strategies. Daniela also organized sales conventions and recognition programs.

Moving on, Daniela joined Banco Ripley as the Head of Marketing Campaigns, where they developed communication strategies, designed the credit card's value proposition, and revamped the loyalty plan resulting in a significant increase in active customers and points exchanged. After that, they worked as the Head of Marketing at Miranda & Amado, implementing the firm's marketing area and leading the communication and public relations strategy. Daniela successfully re-launched the firm's social networks, achieving substantial growth in the Twitter and LinkedIn communities.

Currently, Daniela is working as the Head of Marketing and Business Development at Estudio Olaechea.
