Joseph Ortiz

Joseph Ortiz has over 10 years of work experience. Joseph began their career in 2000 as a CAD Drafter for 4-Ward Tech, Inc. where they were responsible for converting legacy documents into digital vector CAD files using AutoCAD. In 2008, they joined Kings Steel Detailing as a Document Controller and processed client's documentation, assisted in the quality check of detailed drawings, and processed electronic documents. In 2010, they worked for both Mitchell International and SynteractHCR as a Medical Bill Processor and Clinical Data Processor, respectively. Here, they performed data entry of medical and clinical data, reviewed patient profiles, and flagged and made note of illegible, misspelled and out of field length data. Since 2011, they have been a Senior Product Support Specialist for eSUB Inc. where they provide end-user support and internal testing for cloud based construction management software, conveying solutions in a clear and concise manner, and analyzing and resolving client problems via phone and email.

Joseph Ortiz obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration specializing in Management Information Systems from California State University San Marcos in 2007.
